We’re now looking for an Employer Branding Expert who will bring our Shape Tomorrow 2030+ strategy to life in Hungary, helping us attract, engage, and retain the best talent—while making sure our story reaches the people who will help write our future.

Your role

You will be the local champion of the MOL Group Employer Brand in Hungary, executing data-driven strategies and creative campaigns that strengthen our reputation in the job market and within our organization. You’ll ensure our brand resonates with both potential candidates and our current teams.

Key responsibilities

Implement targeted Employer Branding solutions to enhance our market reputation.
Localize and execute MOL Group Employer Branding projects, ensuring alignment with group methodology.
Use data and metrics to measure success and adjust strategies.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful projects.
Monitor trends in Employer Branding and propose innovative ideas.
Support special projects from the Group Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding.

What you bring

College or University degree (HR / Marketing / Communications is a plus).
3+ years’ relevant experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related fields.
Project management skills, strong event management, presentation and copywriting skills.
Basic graphic design skills and digital savviness.
Fluent in Hungarian and English.
Customer focus, adaptability, collaboration, and data literacy.
Advanced MS Office skills; design software experience is an advantage.
Employer Branding certification and PowerBI knowledge are advantages.
