Investment Team Leader
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To implement and oversee the setup required to ensure the achievement of overall targets and the efficient execution of strategies aligned with Group ASM objectives. This includes planning, selecting, and monitoring all necessary activities for the successful implementation of investment projects at the Group ASM level—ensuring adherence to budgeted costs, deadlines, and technical specifications as defined in the approved project proposal (IPP). The role also focuses on the effective execution of CAPEX investment strategies, including energy efficiency initiatives, and on maximizing the cost-effective management of company properties.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee strategic planning, execution, and revision of investment projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the local ASM investment team, fostering knowledge sharing and efficient operations.
- Manage CAPEX projects from planning to handover, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier contracting.
- Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and energy demand reduction across properties.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular reporting to top management.
- Ensure consistent application of systems and practices for uninterrupted operations.
- Lead with ownership, focusing on sustainable, customer-oriented solutions and team development.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- University degree: Civil engineer, Architect.
- Min 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- MS Office: advanced Ecxel.
- Intermediate English language knowledge.
- Driving licence.
