More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

University degree
5-6 years of professional experience
Advanced level of english (C1)
Driving license
Microsoft Office
Negotiation skills
Outstanding knowledge about retail market
Networking with tenants and chains

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Managing long term budget for leasing area budget effectively
Actively monitoring the market by traveling to different locations, establishing contracts with tenants and anchors in order to identify their expansion strategy to Tesco Malls
Implementing and executing the leasing strategy, visiting stores regularly with the mall team, controlling new openings
Keeping connection with big chains and anchor partners, meeting with big tenants externally by visiting the sites
Looking for solution to make daily job simpler, ongoing visiting competitors, market research, mapping new trends
Negotiating leasing contracts so that they meet Tesco corporate standards and legal requirements
Negotiating with international tenants; accepting HoTs with my manager and contracts records in line with Tesco procedures
Processing information about the retail and property market to bring the best market solutions for the business
Developing efficient cooperation with tenants and carrying out effective negotiations to improve their results within my area
Managing my team to develop and sustain the adequate mix of tenants that meets our financial objectives and customers" expectations
Achieving my KPIs for Malls" tenants and leasing team
Continuously reviewing the leasing offers, analyzing vacancies and evaluating the tenants offers within my area
Creating plans, so called rent roll, concerning detailed rentals, the size of the premises and sign it off with my Manager
Fulfilling all formalities connected with introducing tenants in line with the leasing procedure, i.e. delivering deposits/guarantees/protections resulting from the leasing contract within given area
Delivering the budget on the possibility to reduce costs as well as on the potential risk connected with my area
