We are looking for a

Stage Gate Management Senior Expert

who will coordinate Group’s annual Downstream (DS) CAPEX planning and budgeting process in line with Group process as well as coordinate and ensure prioritization methodology is transparently used across sites, in order to improve portfolio management of DS projects. Ensure continuous improvement of Stage Gate and Governance process in line with Group directions.

The main responsibilities:

Coordinating project idea collection and supporting prioritization using agreed evaluation methods during Group-level planning
Providing key information for efficient Capex Portfolio managing (right projects, timing, and resources)
Preparing DS management reports on CAPEX performance and critically reviewing forecasts.
Developing processes for managing interdependencies between capital projects
Supporting and harmonizing Stage Gate and Governance methodologies across Downstream, improving project management skills
Assisting gate reviews, driving quality improvements and challenging financials, business cases and project aspects
Acting as senior expert in resolving CAPEX issues, joining post-implementation reviews and benchmarking strategic projects
Leading strategy updates, reporting development, CAPEX process improvements and coordinating with business and partners

Requirements:

Master, Technical or Business University degree
5+ years relevant experience
Project coordination experience in international environment
Extensive knowledge of project economics and controlling principles
Project portfolio management, influencing and collaboration skills
Financial and reporting know-how
Strong stakeholder management, strategic insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset: formulating cunclusions based on reports’ results
Fluent English knowledge
Skilled command of Microsoft Office software, advanced level of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, PIVOTS)
Power BI usage or experience with other data visualization tools and knowledge of Think-Cell is an advantage
Category B driving license
