This is a high-visibility position where you’ll drive process standardization, compliance, and innovation across MOL Group operations. This role ensures that HR operation processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with business objectives across all regions. The HR GPO collaborates with Group HR, MOL GBS HR teams and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver a consistent employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize HR processes: define process standards, controls, and best practices
- Develop, and continuously improve processes, based on industry best practices, and incorporate lessons learnt and user feedbacks
- Drive change management in relation to process transformation, policy and process changes
- Support process improvement and optimization initiatives, including process automation, RPA or AI initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional and business organizations
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, process management, or HR transformation
- Ability to maintain a 'big picture' view, while paying attention to important details
- Mindset not only for solving but also for pre-empting problems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and intermediate Hungarian is a must, Slovakian language is an advantage
- University degree in Human resources or Business/Economics
