Assess compliance obligations. Set up and improve control and compliance management system. Perform testing and audit activities. Deliver recommendations and improvement measures. Conduct reporting and develop and deliver compliance trainings.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate MOL Group Procurement's compliance obligations (e.g. due to laws and regulations, industry standards, and MOL rules and standards)
Develop an effective management system to control and compliance management incl. compliance rules
Assess procurement Controls regarding completeness, consistency, cost-efficiency, effectiveness, in accordance with MOL Group's requirements and regulations
Supervise adherence to internal compliance regulations within procurement by performing regular and ad-hoc testing activities (thereby support the Internal Audit Team)
Manage complex audit investigations; supervision and target investigations on schedule in MOL Group's companies
Prepare proposals for corrective actions and decision support materials
Make recommendations for the development and continuous improvement of the control and compliance management system
Advise in change of internal regulations incl. implementation in procurement related systems
Implement and monitor compliance improvement measures (e.g. process related, regulation alteration, control point building, etc.)
Prepare regular compliance reporting
Develop and deliver regular risk and compliance management trainings

HIT THE APPLY BUTTON IF YOU HAVE:

University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) degree in the field of Economics
Experience to develop and deliver regular trainings.
At least 3 years of working experience in internal auditing.
User level SAP and MS OFFICE knowledge.
Fluent business English.
“B” category driving licence.
