CE Lead Talent Acquisition Manager

Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Required English level: Advanced (C1)
  • Experience of 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a recruitment team
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies across various functions and levels
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to manage the recruitment process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Experience from Retail organization are preferrable
  • Strong project management and MS office skills
  • Proven experience & sucess in managing multiple region recruitment are preferrable
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT
Being responsible for recruitment agenda including attraction marketing. Effectively driving & coordinating strategical projects and holding process blueprint releated to recruitment in the CE region.
  • Overseeing end to end recruitment process in CE region
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Retail and DC aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs
  • Developing the resourcing plan and ensure execution, Define and design recruitment channels and develop attraction strategy
  • Analyze current and future talent needs and market trends to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Oversee sourcing strategies and the development of a robust talent pipeline through Internal system (ATS & CRM), job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels
  • Responsible for engaging all stakeholders and other teams to deliver our recruitment plan and strategies
  • Proactively support Business partners, Head of country people operation with creating functional recruitment plans
  • Ensuring delivery of recruitment activities and processes with local People operations team
  • Leading and managing recruitment stream project across CE & Tesco global
  • Taking critical part of NWTs in all Tesco transformation programs
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics/KPIs such as time-to-hire, time-to-offer, quality of hire, and source of hire to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment activity, hiring trends, and talent pipeline status
  • Identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis and implement solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes
  • Building future recruitment strategies with KPIs across CE includes Retail, DC
Team Leadership and People Management:
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing direction and support, up-skilling on recruitment, sourcing techniques and performance feedback
  • Set recruitment targets, KPIs, and goals for the team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
Employer Branding strategy for recruitment:
  • Collobrate with CE Employer brand manager to design and develop employer brand strategies for recruitment across CE region
  • Align with Employer brand principles, company culture and values in all recruitment efforts to attract top talent
  • Drive recruitment social media Promotions and continously engage with the recruitment team and update the analytical data
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding
