Your responsibilities
- Define, document, and roll out standardized ESG processes across central functions and BUs
- Translate ESG requirements into operational workflows and ensure clarity on responsibilities and handovers
- Develop and implement group-wide ESG KPIs, including threshold definitions, tracking logic, and system integration
- Coordinate ESG-related projects across functions and BUs, including timelines, milestones, and progress monitoring
- Structure BU implementation of ESG targets through centrally coordinated work packages and tracking
- Develop tools, templates, and training materials to support process implementation and standard adoption
- Organize and evaluate pilot projects, document lessons learned, and ensure structured roll-out across sites
- Build and maintain a digital ESG knowledge platform (e.g. intranet) to support decentral teams and share best practices
- Coordinate internal communication on ESG tools, processes, and implementation progress in close alignment with AT Communications
- Implementation and standardization of ESG-related processes across functions and business units
- Development and rollout of central ESG KPIs, templates, tools, and implementation guides
- Tracking of implementation progress against ESG targets in collaboration with responsible functions
- Structuring and distribution of centrally defined ESG requirements into actionable work packages
- Enablement of business units and functions through training, documentation, and internal knowledge platforms
- Ensuring consistent use of ESG tools and process standards across the organization
Your profile
- 58 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in ESG-related roles (e.g. sustainability, environmental management, carbon accounting, process/project management, customer-facing ESG).
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Relevant certifications may boost credibility for technical and leadership responsibilities
- Strong skills in process mapping, standardization, and rollout
- Expertise in project governance, milestone planning, and change management
