PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The position exists due to the need of collecting and managing (keeping on track) internal and external group energy efficiency and EEOS projects in flagship and OpCo countries. The Group Energy Efficiency Lead Project Manager leads the creation of a central framework, where all efficiency projects evaluated and takes responsibility in exploring the full efficiency potential in each internal core business projects in group level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing the process of registering internal and external energy efficiency projects to handle all efficiency initiatives in one central framework.
  • Review all internal and external projects to determine Energy Efficiency, EEOS in group level.
  • Responsible to collect and follow up the local EOS regulations in flagship and OpCo countries.
  • Responsible for supporting CAPEX decisions of projects with energy efficiency considerations.
  • Responsible for overseeing all energy efficiency aspects of planned or running investment projects and being able to communicate about technical details with experts to fully explore efficiency potential.
  • Facilitating the decision-making process about internal and external projects and being constantly up to date about their status to ensure timely compliance with efficiency obligations.
  • Using internal project management systems (e.g. Living Project Book) in order to manage energy efficiency aspects of internal projects.
  • Taking responsibility in determining appropriate financial impact of energy savings in cooperation with Valuation and Finance organization's CAPEX approval .
  • Managing the group level project’s technical, financial, business, legal and timing related risks. Develops alternatives for handling risks and unexpected situations within the approved framework and assures acceptance of LDA compliant approvals.
  • Developing data collection methods, creating internal and external reports, and ensuring data validation in flagship and OpCo countries.
  • Cooperating with internal partner areas to establish administrative processes, and ensuring the fulfillment of related tasks.
  • Is responsible for safe and HSE compliant realization of work.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
  • BSC in engineering or economics.
  • Preferably 5+ year professional experience.
  • Experience in Project Management/Project Development/Project Implementation or International businesses.
  • MS Office advanced knowledge.
  • Intermediate English language knowledge.
  • Driving licence.
