We invite you to apply for the position of E-mobility Local Coordinator as part of our international MOL Hungary. The position exists to manage the development and operation of MOL Plugee electric vehicle charging network and services in Slovakia and Czech Republic, and ensure high level of customer satisfaction in this region.

As an E-mobility Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

Participating in the implementation of the Group level E-mobility and Alternative Fuels strategy and align it to local market potential.
Taking part in the management of local sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
Provide local inputs for e-charger location segmentation to extend MOL Plugee network.
Coordinate E-charger deployments, maintenance & charger vendor management on local level.
Tracking market trends, relevant local regulations and state aid opportunities, support local lobby activities from business side.
Taking part in customer issue management.
Support E-mobility related IT development processes with ensuring local business requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful day-to-day operation.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

Studies in a technical or business/economics related field;
Strong project management, business approach, proactivity and organizational skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
Ability of complex problem-solving, creative out of the box thinking, emotional intelligence, decision making ability, failure tolerance, communication;
Above 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (eg: in Sales or business development – technical knowledge or education);
Fluent English and Slovak is a must;
Interest in the development and in the future of mobility (electric and alternative-fuel vehicles, etc.);
B category driving license;
Ability to travel with the company car across countries of responsibility.
