We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people globally. - Graduate/high school education
- Native or advanced Hungarian language
- Advanced Slovak/Czech
- Intermediate English
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to move to Hungary
Working Hours
40 hours/week across 5 weekdays (Monday-Friday).
Weekend shifts are rare but may be requested based on business needs.

- Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
- Taking ownership of the issue
- Escalating contacts efficiently
