Develop and deliver technical training modules for commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, buses), with a focus on diagnostics, maintenance, repair procedures, service manuals, and practical applications.
Provide clear explanations of training materials to end users, including service engineers and technicians.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for service technicians, after-sales teams, and dealership personnel.
Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to keep training content up to date and aligned with current technologies.
Deliver hands-on demonstrations, technical simulations, and practical assessments to confirm learning outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance analysis.
Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on training participation, progress, and certification.
Support field service teams by assisting in technical troubleshooting and collecting feedback to improve service quality.
Contribute to the creation of digital training materials, such as e-learning modules and instructional videos.
Deliver high-quality on-site training sessions for customers as needed.
Stay up to date on industry trends, vehicle innovations, and relevant regulatory changes.
Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle after-sales service or technical training.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical circuits, diagnostics tools, and component-level troubleshooting.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
Familiarity with training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
Fluent in English (Dutch and Chinese language skills are a plus).
Willingness to travel both domestically and in EU as required.
