Assist the Training Engineer in preparing training materials, manuals, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external training sessions.
Support the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, venue setup, and equipment readiness (diagnostic tools, vehicles, simulators, etc.).
Help facilitate training sessions by organizing resources, taking attendance, and supporting trainers during hands-on activities and workshops.
Manage post-training documentation, such as feedback collection, test results, and certification tracking.
Maintain and update the training database and Learning Management System (LMS) with attendance records, scores, and other relevant data.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service partners to ensure timely communication and smooth execution of training programs.
Help in creating and editing digital training content such as videos, online modules, and e-learning materials.
Monitor stock and ordering of training materials and consumables.
Stay informed on new vehicle technologies, training tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement of training services.
Technical diploma or relevant education in any field, with preference given to Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Language, Management, or related disciplines.
1–2 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles, preferably within an automotive or training environment.
Basic understanding of commercial vehicle systems and after-sales processes is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LMS or training software is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
Fluent in English (Dutch and Chinese are a plus).
Willingness to support on-site training sessions and occasionally travel if needed.
