Are you ready to contribute to the strategic transformation of one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most dynamic energy groups? MOL Group is looking for a Group HR Controlling BP to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who wants to make an impact through HR data, planning and analysis on a group level. You’ll be at the center of HR controlling activities, working across segments, countries, and teams.
What you’ll do:
  • Coordinating and developing HR controlling activities across all MOL Group segments, regions and subsidiaries. Aligning local data collection with local HR Controlling teams, consolidating and analyzing figures.
  • Supervising MOL Group-level headcount / FTE / PTE business planning and actual reporting. Monitoring actual and plan differences. Help business teams and top management to understand the drivers of headcount driven costs, supporting decision making.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of HR controlling IT tools, processes, and methodologies in close cooperation with business and finance stakeholders. Proactively seeking for report enhancement, visualization and automation.
What you need to be successfull in the role?
  • University/College degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, preferably in HR or headcount planning
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with SAP, BI knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a complex matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian
