To further improve OTP Group’s market footprint and profitability in the CEE region, the International Retail Directorate (HQ in Budapest) is recruiting an International Daily Banking Senior Expert.

International Daily Banking Senior Group Retail Expert

We count on you in these tasks:

Develop and monitor the daily banking business line performance across OTP Group’s International member banks
Contribute to Group-wide projects covering retail business
Facilitating experience and knowledge transfer among group members
Active participation in M&A projects
Prepare Group-level reports, contribute to product and business development initiatives

You are welcome to apply if you have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Finance or Economics
At least 2 years of relevant experience at a commercial bank / consultant company / fintechs
Strong and efficient learning ability
Product management experience with deposits and retail investment products is an advantage
Strong spoken and written English, CEE language is a requirement
Solid analytical skills, structured thinking
Proactive attitude, ability to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders
Flexibility to travel and work abroad partially
Good presentation and communication skills
