Group Procurement Digital Delivery Expert is responsible for contributing to the implementation of a standardized procurement IT system landscape group-wide to enable procurement’s growth, maximum process efficiency, data transparency and to foster standardization, automation, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or contribute to the implementation of new technologies by providing Procurement side project management and functional/ subject matter expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. Lead lower complexity projects and contribute in the design, integration, and change management activities of complex projects.
Contribute to the selection of new procurement IT systems and IT tools. Participate in the preparation of decision proposals and business case calculations for IT system selection.
Drive requirement analysis and procurement IT system design in collaboration with IT and software vendors.
Contribute to IT-system development, configuration, testing, implementation, incl. integration of procurement systems into the overall MOL IT landscape to foster data transparency and accessibility for decision support.
Develop and safeguard uniform standards to harmonize systems group-wide and to ensure maximum transparency and accessibility of procurement data.
Responsible for the preparation of end-user training materials, manuals, videos, and for training trainers and users.
Coordinate the design and delivery of Solution Improvement Requests (SIRs) and IT system improvement projects.
Responsible for continuous status/progress monitoring and reporting of digital project deliveries and performance.

Education, skills, experience:

University (MA/MSc)/College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law.
2+ years of experience in IT system.
Experience in development/design and implementation projects.
Fluency in English.
Traveling, B category driving licence.
