HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Location: Hungary & HQ support | Supported Team: Operating company,~ 4-500 colleagues | Travel frequency: 1x week Százhalombatta, 1x month Algyő

Join us as a key HR Business Partner supporting multiple areas within our IT division. You’ll be the go-to expert for people matters across ~4-500 talented professionals – helping us shape the future of HR in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be a trusted HR advisor to your managers – your insights matter here
- Own employee lifecycle processes – from onboarding to offboarding, keeping everything smooth, legal and people-first
- Turn business goals into HR action – from org design to transformation support
- Work with controllers to analyze costs, interpret data and support planning
- Drive performance, talent and development with real impact
- Make HR processes easy to understand and accessible for managers
- Be the voice for your people – boost engagement, satisfaction and team spirit

What You Need to Succeed:
- College or University degree
- Fluent in English & Hungarian
- Min. 3 years of relevant HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP), ideally in international settings
- Solid understanding of Hungarian labor law
- Category B driving license
- Confident with MS Office, SAP
