Procurement Controlling Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Administration of delivery schedules for production materials across the global organization
• Act as gatekeeper for change requests, reviewing and implementing them per internal guidelines
• Ensure high-quality procurement data in SAP and other IT systems
• Review and approve changes to supplier master data
• Assist in determining key performance indicators (KPIs) in procurement
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations and general inquiries
• Support system optimization and development, including coordination of global procurement conference

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent English is essential for daily communication in an international environment
• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing support, or a similar administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP MM) is preferred
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented setting
