Procurement Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective support to the global procurement team
• Support global Category Managers with supplier readiness and sourcing activities
• Manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring timely and complete submissions
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation support, and database management
• Onboard new suppliers and maintain compliance documentation (e.g., NDAs, SCoC, MPAs)
• Maintain procurement data and ensure accurate order processing in SAP and Jaggaer
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve procurement issues and escalate when needed
• Manage tooling and sample orders, including financial and technical data tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent English is essential for daily communication in an international environment
• Prior experience in procurement or sourcing support is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms is a plus
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a willingness to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
