Join MOL Group as a Supply Scheduling & Capacity Coordinator and take charge of managing product deliveries and logistics flows to the German market. You’ll be the central link between rail, barge, and terminal partners—ensuring seamless transfers, optimized supply, and strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🛠 ️ What you'll be doing:
  • Schedule product deliveries to the German market and manage supply plans across transport modes
  • Coordinate transloading from rail to barge at Rhine terminals
  • Oversee day-to-day communication and operations with barge and rail forwarders, as well as terminal operators
  • Handle barge chartering, manage contracts, and coordinate with barge forwarders
  • Monitor and resolve demurrage issues with barge forwarders and ensure cost-efficient operations
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders in Germany and internally, keeping all parties aligned on schedules and supply expectations
  • Contribute to improving supply chain performance and proactively identify potential bottlenecks

You re a great fit if you have:
  • A university degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in logistics, supply planning, or transportation—preferably with exposure to international markets or the energy sector
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and transport modes
  • Fluency in English and German language skills are preferred
  • Solid command of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset—you anticipate issues and tackle them before they escalate
  • An eye for efficiency and cost control, especially around demurrages and chartering logistics
