BYD Europe BV located in Schiedam, Netherlands is the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co., Ltd based in Shenzhen, China. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end customs clearance for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, ATA cars, and non-EU vehicles; coordinate brokers, approve invoices, and update clearance status.
Maintain and update inbound logistics data, trade modes, and stock lists in company databases.
Manage ATA cars and carnets, ensuring timely returns, accurate tracking, and outsourced logistics support.
Coordinate year-end stock checks and audits, resolve discrepancies, and support audit reporting.
Support commercial vehicle operations, including customs, transportation, invoicing, claims, deliveries, and LSP outsourcing.
Handle CGL and STP insurance processes, including contract finalization, premium calculations, and policy initiation.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by leadership (e.g., document signatures, OA system support).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
Proven experience in customs clearance, logistics operations, and/or stock auditing.
Familiarity with ATA carnets, vehicle logistics, and EU/non-EU import/export procedures.
Strong data management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP systems.
