Senior Commercial & Partnerships Expert
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Your tasks will be:
- Prepare and negotiate key commercial agreements (e.g. licence, sales, purchase, service, and JV contracts).
- Oversee daily commercial, sales, and concession activities and ensure alignment across functions.
- Drive value creation by collaborating with internal teams and supporting business development efforts.
- Manage internal decision-making processes and secure alignment for MOL’s position in joint ventures.
- Engage with authorities and stakeholders, support international JV efforts, and maintain contract oversight.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.
- Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in economics, law, engineering or related field,
- Professional Experience: At least 8+ years working experience within partnership management, business development, commercial relations, project management or similar field in the energy sector.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Strong financial and commercial acumen required,
- Deep understanding of contractual structures and legal concepts,
- Team player, coordination skills,
- Capability of handling multinational projects and teams,
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial, technical and economic matters,
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills,
- Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
