Act as the first point of contact for assignees and international employees, guiding them during their international mobility journey. Manage and coordinate the administrative aspects of the end-to-end international mobility process, preparing necessary calculations and documentation.

Your Future Responsibilities

Guide assignees and international employees, addressing their queries during assignments or localization.
Manage the administrative components of the international mobility process in accordance with internal regulations.
Prepare assignment cost projections and related documentation.
Authorize vendors to initiate relevant services connected to assignments.
Provide essential information to assignees at the start of their assignment
Handle reimbursement claims from assignees and international employees.

College/University degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international mobility management, focusing on partnering or general expertise.
Fluent English.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and SAP.
