More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

University Education
Reliable knowledge of local/IFRS accounting rules
General awareness of tax impacts
English language at communication level (B2)
HU/SK/CZ language knowledge is advantage
Oracle financial system
Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
Excellent communication skills
Team worker
Asertivity and diligence
Working under stress
Problem solving skills

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Maintain Fixed Assets module within standard deadlines for period close.
All postings to FA module are on time and right first time and are in line with relevant accounting rules and policies. This applies to capitalizations, transfers, retirements and depreciation set up.
Ensure that FA register is a true and fair view of company owned assets.
Responsibility for balance sheet account reconciliations; ensure BS accounts are in line with BS policy standards, fully supported and explained and any identified issues are highlighted and resolved within deadline.
Ensure any changes in local or IFRS accounting legislation and framework are properly applied to FA module and followed through team routines.
Constantly educate the rest of business about FA accounting policies and rules, namely process of FA purchases, transfers and disposals.
Any discrepancies in input data from other departments are promptly discussed and resolved with relevant requestor.
Provide support for ad-hoc reporting requirement from rest of business, internal audit or external audit.
