CE Capability Manager

Tesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs. The company has built the country's biggest retail chain by running more than 200 stores all over Hungary.
More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • University studies
  • Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Upper-intermediate English level - B2
  • Past retail operations experience preferred
  • Training and development experience
  • MS Office
  • Engaging communication
  • Project management
  • Desing thinking
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • Please note that the position is for fixed term!
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT
Being the main responsible for designing all capability development programmes and run connected projects across the CE markets. Supporting local teams in all current and new programmes be landed in the markets according to the plans.
  • Mapping the capability development needs in the company
  • Designing new development and talent programmes for all CE markets within all 3 formats
  • Working with and running store capability programmes for all colleagues and ensuring the right soft skill parts are included in the operational plans
  • Being responsible for partnering business support teams for stores in terms of store technical learning topics
  • Managing or taking part in different projects connected to capability development
  • Being responsible for designing all elements of the projects for new or redesign of existing development programmes
  • Preparing the implementation and communication plans and material for all new or redesigned development solutions
  • Taking part of content creation for development materials
  • Organizing CE focused events for development programmes
  • Liaising with market capability teams to ensure the planning and great implementation of the CE plans
  • Cooperating with the Group capability teams to ensure the local programmes are in line with Group strategy
  • Ensuring in central design the feedback from local operational and HO teams
  • Being a champion of the self learning culture and ensures it to become core principle in all the learning and development products
