Level 3 Support Engineer

We count on you in these tasks:

troubleshooting production issues through log file analysis and codebase investigation,
collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners,
proposing and implementing out-of-the-box ideas to improve support processes and documentation,
gaining insights into both IT infrastructure and business workflows,
working in a Linux/macOS environment with tools and technologies like Python, NoSQL databases, and distributed systems,
participating in on-call duties as part of our 24/7 support model (regular working hours with occasional on-call shifts).

You are welcome to apply if you have:

a technical background (degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,
1–3 years of professional experience in a technical or support role,
familiarity with Linux/macOS, Erlang/Elixir, Python, and NoSQL technologies,
strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
