What You’ll Do
As a Talent Growth & Succession Expert, you’ll play a key role in designing and evolving our talent management framework across OTP Group. You will:

Design and implement talent processes and blueprints (e.g., career management, succession planning).
Lead succession planning and support talent reviews at both local and international levels.
Drive career development by creating guides and tools for career conversations and profiles.
Co-create a skills and competency framework that supports individual and organizational growth.
Implement and optimize talent management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Contribute to talent programs that attract and develop key talent pools across the Group.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, L&D, and business leaders to ensure alignment and impact.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Experience in talent or career management (banking sector experience is a plus).
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a process-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
