- University degree
- Proficient level of English
- 5-6 years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in retail or customer service industries.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- PRINCE2 / PMP and Six Sigma certifications (nice to have).
- Proven experience in data analysis, business case creation, and benefits realization.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement project management standards across TBS hubs.
- Drive programme governance, planning, and centralized funding management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to TBS leadership, enabling better budget forecasting and risk mitigation.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, optimizing performance and resource allocation.
- Support project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
- Collaborate on process improvements, benefit tracking, and financial alignment with Workforce Management and Finance.
