University degree
Proficient level of English
5-6 years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in retail or customer service industries.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
PRINCE2 / PMP and Six Sigma certifications (nice to have).
Proven experience in data analysis, business case creation, and benefits realization.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver major initiatives.

Tesco Business Solutions is looking for a PMO - Manager to join our dynamic Projects, Programme and Change team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with colleagues across Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bangalore, and the UK, contributing to Tesco's global transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and implement project management standards across TBS hubs.
Drive programme governance, planning, and centralized funding management.
Act as a strategic advisor to TBS leadership, enabling better budget forecasting and risk mitigation.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and timelines.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, optimizing performance and resource allocation.
Support project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
Collaborate on process improvements, benefit tracking, and financial alignment with Workforce Management and Finance.
