Czech or Slovak Speaking Accounts Receivable Lead

  • College/University degree
  • Upper-intermediate English knowledge
  • Upper-intermediate Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Tax knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Planning and organising/prioritisation skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Support of the billing/invoicing activities of 3 different countries and several legal entities
  • Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
  • Coordination of all AR team tasks and activities; and new process setup (with cooperation with other Finance teams)
  • Issuing AR transactions - responsibility for a complex part of AR; Validating MRI-, SI interfaces, manual transactions
  • Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (supporting documentations, analysis, explanation of movements, etc.)
  • Period closure activities
  • Checking the accuracy and timeliness
  • Contribution in audits
  • Handling customer, requester queries
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with other colleagues
  • Drive a CI culture by supporting & encouraging CI mindset within the team. Lead & deliver CI initiatives to improve delivery, efficiency and quality
  • Following the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line manager and delivering ad hoc tasks
  • Preparation of statistical reports required by local regulation
  • Responding to requests for operational and financial data by extracting information from systems and delivering the requested data in a clear and accurate format & preparing ad hoc analysis
  • Cooperating and explaining any issues within Finance teams
