Operational Support Procurement Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Procurement Team Lead to oversee the procurement of goods and services essential to our daily operations. If you’re a strong negotiator with a passion for operational excellence and cost optimization, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for OPEX-related goods and services.
  • Ensure timely procurement of all goods and services required for smooth business operations.
  • Align purchasing activities with corporate budgets and strategic goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers for operational expenditure categories.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to monitor and manage the OPEX budget.
  • Perform spend analyses and benchmarking to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations.
  • Work with internal departments (HR, IT, Facility Management, Finance) to meet their procurement needs.
  • Support contract negotiations with key service providers.
  • Streamline procurement processes for greater efficiency and transparency.
  • Utilize digital procurement tools and ERP systems for improved tracking and reporting.
  • Foster automation and innovation in OPEX-related procurement activities.
Your profile
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics/supply chain, finance, engineering).
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role—preferably in operational procurement or materials management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
