We are looking for a
Digital Enablement Expert
who will support Portfolio enablement of Digital Roadmap to ensure the achievement of the strategic targets of Downstream (DS) Digital and support Digital Roadmap delivery until SG3 (think, assess, select phase) to maximize synergies, consider dependencies through process logic on DS level and contribute to post-implementation improvement process. Investigate and enable application portfolio evolution, involving business process mining. Contribute as domain expert to key digital project enablements.
The main responsibilities:
  • Managing DS Digital ambitions and business opportunity demands to ensure DS level prioritization, scoping, grouping and fitness to Digital vision.
  • Supporting Digital Roadmap delivery until SG3 (think, select, assess phase), during cross-organizational digital project execution and during post-implementation (BAU) system improvement phases.
  • Authorizing cost increase of existing digital solutions by balancing total cost and total benefit
  • Managing vendors, digital idea management processes and identifying critical digital resource needs
  • Initiating transformative opportunities to allow piloting new digital technologies or solutions to change the existing business model.
  • Investigating and enabling application portfolio optimization to manage/mitigate digital operation risk and improve decision making quality
  • Managing scope and schedule conflicts, managing stakeholders up to L3
Requirements:
  • University degree in business/management/engineering/IT
  • 7+ yrs experience in similar area or within the organization
  • Deep understanding of Oil& Gas processes and technologies
  • Organization, management and delegation skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, forward planning and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge and expertise in Digital technologies
  • Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making, results orientation and problem solving attitude.
  • Innovative mindset and ability to find out of the box solutions.
  • Program/Project management skills
  • Fluent English for business purposes
  • Professional Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Advanced IT skills
