About the role
In this role, you will support the growth of international and local talents through developing professional skills and knowledge and community events in our academy framework. You will provide ongoing growth for our leaders and employees linked to key capabilities through upskilling and re-skilling programs acting as a program manager proactively influencing the effective transfer of learning.
How you’ll make an impact:
  • You will manage OTP academy program design and delivery on different levels providing inspirational learning journeys across OTP group.
  • You will be the program manager coordinating design and implementation focusing on the followings:
  • program design with key stakeholders from OTP learning design team and business areas
  • success criteria, learning journey and maintenance process,
  • program implementation with responsibility of communication and branding supporting inspiration and engagement
  • support international community building through events, webinars, study-tours etc.
  • You will be responsible for talent programs linked to our academy framework providing end-to-end delivery of leadership or expert level talent programs.
  • The success of your role depends on efficient project management and collaborative interaction with L&D, business areas and external partners.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Education: BA/BSc Degree required, MA/MSc preferred
  • Work experience: Project or program management preferably in people development
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in banking environment is an advantage
  • Strategic Thinker and Implementer
  • Good organizational and business understanding, process approach
  • Google and MS Suite; advanced Powerpoint and Excel.
