More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Analytical mindset with the knowledge of SQL and ability to derive insights from data
Advanced level of English language (C1)

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Identify opportunities for improving customer interactions and engagement throughout their journey.
Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify key segments and tailor campaigns to suit their preferences.
Continuously monitor and give insights of campaign performance to CRM campaign specialists in order to maximise their impact and effectiveness.
Utilise data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behaviour, and engagement metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touch-points.
Analyse CRM data to gain actionable insights into customer behaviour, preferences and trends - driving data based decisioning.
Adhere strictly to data protection regulations, ensuring all CRM activities are compliant with relevant data privacy laws and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Tesco data team in order to maintain data integrity within CRM campaign tool and data warehouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
