We are looking for a
Group Black Products Manager
who will manage trading activities in relation to Black Products (international oil products, including Sulphur, Petrolcoke, HFO) exploit business opportunities originated from flexibility, market structure and the physical position of MOL Group and generate margin via pure third-party trading flows synergic to and on top of the Group supply and sales flows.
The main responsibilities:
Developing and executing long-term strategy for Black Products business, while initiating mid- and short-term actions for improving value chain performance and downstream efficiency
Manage a team of 5, fostering ownership, alignment and professional development
Supporting market supply and optimization strategies; designing and managing efficient frameworks, processes and organizational structures
Setting annual direction for Black Products sales and supply, ensuring continuous market optimization and maximizing Group-level profit
Overseeing direct sales and key account management, including negotiating, contracting, pricing and managing product portfolio, stewardship and quality
Leading, negotiating and monitoring trade contracts to meet asset and market supply needs under optimal financial terms; supervising smooth and cost-effective operations
Ensuring cooperation for managing physical position risks in line with Group price risk management principles and complying with local and Group regulations
Managing INA Petroleum Coke sales post-DC unit startup, leading group-level synergy efforts and initiating logistics investment projects based on market trends
Managing organization and Bratislava-based teams, including approving HR decisions, planning budgets, ensuring compliance and coordinating with Group & Local Finance to support transparent reporting and decision-making
Requirements:
University degree (preferably economics)
10 yrs professional experience
Experience with Downstrean business accumen, Sale management, Supply chain management, Business development is an advantage
Interpersonal skills
Advanced English knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Leadership skills (people, result, thought, personal, strategic), Collaboration (Cross border), Leading international team
