About the Innovation Team (OTP LAB)

OTP Bank has established its Innovation Department, OTP LAB to foster new ideas and support the bank to exploit its innovation potential. Within OTP LAB we have started a Venture Building operation whose aim is to scale ventures in a profitable way and ultimately integrate these organisations into the entire banking ecosystem. We offer you to join an entrepreneurial, dynamic and rapidly growing team, and shape the future of banking. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make real impact within one of the largest financial groups in CEE

We count on you in these tasks:

you are going to be actively participating in shaping beyond banking endavours of a leading bank in CEE
you are going to work with various business areas including the portfolio of OTP bank’s beyond banking activities, our core banking areas as well as marketing, tech, M&A and other functional departments.
main part of your work will focus on helping to scale our present beyond banking companies with the help of our Venture Building as a Service model, pretty much like an in-house consultancy service
you will need to familiarize yourself with the key metrics, business drivers and future outlook of different industries
you will have the possibility to present cases and opportunities to various management members within our company
this role is likely to push you out of your comfort zone, but in the same time it will give you the chance to take a major part reshaping traditional banking customer touchpoints
you will report to the Product Owner of the New Ventures & Partnerships squad and will have access to interns to guide your work.
