Position name : Risk Governance Coordinator

We count on you in these tasks:

Coordinate and participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the group-level Risk Strategy and group-level standards, such as the risk governance standards, risk appetite framework and risk control framework
Coordinate and participate in group-level risk identification and assessment process, update risk taxonomy and risk inventory, and develop and monitor the risk appetite statement at group level, and prepare quarterly reports to the top management
Coordinate ESG tasks on division level, encourage and coordinate development and implementation of ESG risk management strategy and framework at bank and group level
Coordinate and strengthen risk governance at bank group level
Develop the risk awareness of risk organization, bank and the whole bank group, with the operation and development of the supporting training framework
Monitor legal and supervisory requirements; monitor changes in legislation and implementation of supervisory requirements related to risk management, prepare proposals for decision-making

You are welcome to apply if you have

Bachelor’s or higher degree in finance, economics, or other similar areas of study
User-level computer skills
4+ years experience in banking risk management
Strong analytical background
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good presentation skills (written and oral)
Conversational and business-level English

You start with advantage if you have

Solid basic knowledge of the sustainability (ESG) standards and requirements (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol, EBA, ECB, and MNB ESG and climate related guidelines)
