About the company:
Scope of the position:
As the Team Lead of Downstream Management Support, you will lead the management support team playing a critical role through comprehensive program management, strategic advisory and operational support across high-impact DS initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the DS transformational, efficiency improvement and other high-impact DS programmes
Manage a team of 4, fostering ownership, alignment and professional development
Lead strategy development and update process from strategy formulation to strategy tracking and KPI setting at Downstream level
Coordinate the Downstream business planning process, ensuring efficiency targets and strategic initiatives are achieved.
Manage Downstream Communication, support investor relations and Downstream specific communication tasks
Cooperates with corporate and functional organizations (e.g. IR, Communication, IT, Finance, HR) in relation to cross-divisional topics, coordinates intragroup transfer agreements
Requirements
MSc in the field of Economics / Engineering / Law
At least 8 years of relevant experience in a business or industry environment
Proven experience in team leadership, strategy development, and managing large-scale transformation programs
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex business challenges
