We are looking for a Senior Global Legal Counsel to join our legal department and support our international operations in a dynamic and cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including license, supply, distribution, service, and related agreements
Lead legal negotiations and align contract terms with internal stakeholders and external partners
Provide legal advice to internal departments, primarily in operations, supply chain, and business development
Participate in due diligence processes and support M&A transactions
Ensure all contracts and commercial activities comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal governance processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, finance, regulatory, QA) and coordinate with senior management
Support the implementation of internal legal policies and approval workflows

Requirements

University degree in Law and Bar qualification
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, preferably in an international environment
Professional fluency in English, including legal and contractual terminology
Ability to work independently and manage complex agreements end-to-end
Business-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Background in international law firms or multinational companies
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
Experience in competition law
