Join our HR Solutions GBS team as an HR Solutions and Project Expert and contribute to impactful HR initiatives across Hungary, Slovakia, and Croatia.

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and execution of HR projects.
Assist senior project leads in gathering requirements, preparing plans, and tracking deliverables.
Participate in testing and rollout of HR systems and digital tools.
Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with regional HR teams and shared service centers to harmonize HR practices
Transform HR data into actionable insights through advanced data visualization techniques.
Ensure compliance with local standards during project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in HR/Economics
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic understanding of project management and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Fluent in Hungarian and English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Driver’s license (Category B) is a plus
