Lead and deliver local and international HR projects (e.g. system rollouts, process redesigns/harmonization).
Act as a bridge between local and regional HR teams to ensure alignment
Manage change and communication throughout project lifecycles.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Track project progress, manage risks, and report outcomes.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Present strategic materials and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferabl in Economics/HR
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, SAP, and other ERP systems
Fluent both Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
PMP certification is an advantage
Driver’s license (Category B)
