Process Architect
As a Process Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing Group-wide ERP solutions (especially SAP FI), focusing on end-to-end financial process design, data migration, and process harmonization. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position supporting strategic projects with high financial impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP-based Group ERP implementations and harmonization initiatives
- Design, document and optimize finance-related processes for integration and restructuring projects
- Lead transactional data migration and reconciliation efforts in collaboration with IT and GBS units
- Act as a key liaison between Group Finance and ERP IT Business Analysts
- Drive implementation of system-driven controls and ensure compliance with group standards
- Continuously improve processes based on best practices, lessons learned, and user feedback
- Ensure strong cooperation with IT, Finance, and Business teams across the organization
- Apply structured project management methodologies to meet key project milestones
What We Expect From You:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, process architecture or project management
- Proven track record in SAP FI implementation projects
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, process-oriented approach
- Advanced communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Proficiency in SAP FI, MS Office, and process architecture tools
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and risk awareness
