Facility Management - Operation Excellence Expert
Purpose of the position:
Operation excellence Expert is responsible for providing reporting and analytical support for strategic planning, performance management, operation excellence of Facility management and operation on local level. Responsible for managing the tasks stated under “Main Responsibilities” on a group level.
These would be your main responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and operation of an operation framework to support Facility management, as well as internal customers and stakeholders with reliable information in a structured and systematic way.
  • Actively participate on the preparation, design and implementation of MOL GROUP ASM strategies (e.g. site strategies, system implementation strategies, etc.) in cooperation with the responsible units.
  • Design, create and maintain multiple databases for collecting data and compile data from various sources into a user-friendly format. Translate data into meaningful graphic representations for presentations.
  • Maintain the FM scorecard incl. objectives and KPI, support KPI based performance management, in case of external vendors and also in case of internal stakeholders. .
  • Further develop and improve the approach for tracking and reporting,
  • Contribute to or drive gap analysis regarding processes, procedures and systems, participate in process improvement initiatives, provide support to data driven projects. Analyze the information & processes, make suggestion for simplification, standardization and harmonization to achieve a more effective operation.
  • Contribute the HSE & Sustainability awareness in FM operation internally and also externally for vendormanagement.
  • Support the preparation and measurement of internal SLA agreements, define related service catalogue on FM services on local level
  • Participate responsibly on the communication to stakeholder management and to employees covering FM achievements, status of the service delivery, complain handling, in different newsletters and ad hoc communication platforms.
  • Fulfil the responsible task requested by the supervisor on the dedicated service area
  • Participate in Green office project, managing group furniture tender, asset scrapping.
Education, skills, experience:
  • University degree in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law.
  • 3+ years of reporting, controlling and performance management experience.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Thorough understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Category management and Sourcing processes and systems.
