Lean Expert

Purpose of the position

The Lean Expert will set up support/monitor or lead the implementation of Lean transformation according to “Methodology and Framework of Business Excellence”, a Value Stream driven operation using LEAN tools and creating the sustainable continuous improvement behavior/mindset all along the MOL Group organization. Provide relevant professional trainings to all levels in MOL Group in the frame of MOL Corporate Business Academy, including Lean Academy.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Lead Group or specific Local level Lean transformation stream and support to develop LEAN framework set up in particular cases.
Prepare, develop and support implementation of mid- and long-term LEAN roadmap and transformation framework.
Develop and maintain LEAN Academy training material in English or in local languages on MOL Group level.
Provide LEAN related professional - thematic classroom and on the job - trainings to the all level of the organization.
Support and coach local LEAN champions and business leaders about Value Stream driven operation and its implementation.
Responsible for the development of the problem-identification and root cause analysis driven problem-solving skills all along MOL Group organization.
Assure cross-learning on Corporate level, initiate and manage knowledge sharing on all level.

Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Organisational, Business Administration or other relevant field
5 years of Lean implementation or operational experience
A few years’ experience in Downstream, Upstream or Functionals is an advantage
Change management/project and process management experience
Practical knowledge of Downstream business process and systemic approach
Good problem-identification and problem solving skills along with systematic and analytical thinking
Fluent English knowledge (both written and verbal)
Creativity, changing mindset and ability to have innovative ideas
Coaching competencies and high passion for teaching
Good communication skills and open-mindedness
Knowledge of Ms Office

Place of work

Main location is Tiszaújváros, however this position requires travelling to other sites, like Százhalombatta, Bratislava or Budapest.
