Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the daily activities of the production workshop
Ensure adherence to the production plan, meet output and quality targets
Manage manpower allocation and planning, and resource optimization
Drive improvement projects (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen) to increase productivity and reduce waste
Ensure materials are available and handled efficiently to support production flow
Identify and resolve production issues with a strong sense of urgency
Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in line with company standards
Foster a positive, accountable team culture through strong leadership and coaching
Cooperate with planning, maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR departments

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Supervisor, Production Lead, or Workshop/Shift Manager)
Higher technical education (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering) is a strong advantage
Proven track record in people management, team motivation, and conflict resolution
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset
Hands-on experience in material flow, production planning, and daily workshop coordination
Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage
Excellent organizational and communication skills — both verbal and written
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
High standards of discipline, reliability, and workplace safety
Native English and Hungarian knowledge
