Training Specialist-Call Center

Customer Service Agent
BYD Call center is a group of people handling the requests from the end customer from the channel included but not limited to calls, emails, texts, dealers, social media, live-chat. According to the business process of efficient, high-quality acceptance of customer feedback through voice and online channels, and maintain positive communication with customers, improve customer satisfaction, to ensure that the objectives of the full achievement of the work of the effective information collected in a timely manner feedback.
Customer service agents are responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, roadside assistance cases, suggestions, praises and other feedback from customers via calls/live chats/email, with the goal of offering quick response and effective solutions to customers. If a case cannot be closed directly and needs to be followed up by other related departments, the Customer Service Agent should create a ticket and transfer it to a Ticket Support Agent for further processing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build the training framework and governance documents.
2. Create annual and ad‑hoc training plans and oversee execution.
3. Develop course materials and facilitate classroom or virtual sessions.
4. Track pre‑training, in‑training, and post‑training activities to ensure effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in training design/delivery, ideally in a contact center.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with instructional design tools and e‑learning platforms.
  • Fluent English; Hungarian or other EU languages a plus.
