About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analytics Manager who's passionate about data and its power to drive real-world results. You’ll lead a team of brilliant analysts and consultants, who build advanced analytics tools, enhanced with AI, designed to turn our retail analytics strategy to tangible reality in the business. Beyond the professional challenges, this role also offers a great opportunity to collaborate with senior business leaders of MOL Group, and across eight countries to turn data and insights into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the business analytics roadmap in alignment with group and local business leadership.
- Guide the development and lifecycle of analytics tools that deliver tangible business value.
- Ensure analytics initiatives contribute to measurable financial outcomes.
- Represent business needs in data architecture design and help close data gaps.
- Play a key role in shaping how data analytics and AI can be leveraged to drive business innovation and operational excellence.
- Lead a team of data wizards to build tools that actually get used (and loved).
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Promote data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Oversee budgets and coordinate internal and external teams, including analysts, data scientists, IT, and vendors.
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
- 6+ years in business/data analytics or consulting – ideally in a multinational environment
- Proven experience working with large datasets to generate insights and drive decisions.
- Familiarity with machine learning and agile methodologies is a plus.
Skills
