About the role:
Cover MOL Group's Refined products demand, taking physical positions and concluding 3rd party transactions in line with and exceeding Group requirements in cooperation with the related assets and risk management services. Implement and execute related strategy.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor oil product markets, assess pricing trends, and develop new analysis models. Identify market patterns, propose relevant insights, and collaborate with analysts to optimize book value.
- Strategy & Business Development: Build internal and external partnerships. Prepare decision-making materials on new opportunities, marketing strategies, and term/spot supply-sales options.
- Negotiation & Execution: Participate in deal-making and execution aligned with tactical plans. Oversee the full process from negotiation to settlement, coordinating with trading operations and logistics to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Support risk control by providing data for effective hedging. Optimize deal performance in line with inventory and financial targets.
- Projects & Opportunities: Contribute to re-optimization through daily market tracking. Identify and act on short- and mid-term trading opportunities to boost margin.
- Decision Support: Prepare strategic analyses and improvement proposals for the Refined Products division.
- Team Management: Lead with ownership, develop your team, ensure continuity, and foster a customer-focused culture.
- Compliance: Manage and continuously improve organizational processes for compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
- Take a leadership role in managing the Fuel Commodities team, coordinating sales, supply, and trading activities.
- Represent the trading organization at internal and external events and forums.
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to mid- and year-end team evaluations.

Our expectations:
- BSc/MSc degree in economics/business,
- Relevant business and financial knowledge,
- Min. 5 years in relevant business area,
- Negotiation skills,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Fluency in English.
