About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the supervision, guidance and coordination of workshop safety management, fire safety, safety education, safety training, safety inspection, 5S work promotion and environmental protection, promote and continuously supervise the improvement according to the system, and ensure that there is no safety accident on the line.
- Understand the establishment of the workshop quality system, be responsible for participating in the review work of the workshop and supervising and rectifying the audit problems, be responsible for the management and control of the product quality in the workshop, for the establishment and supervision of the quality objectives in the workshop, for the continuous improvement of the quality objectives, for upgrading and feedback of quality problems, and for the feedback and solution of quality problems in the line body;
- Responsible for allocating employees reasonably according to the production plan to ensure the achievement of the production plan, for splitting the production plan and issuing it to the group plan, for monitoring the achievement of the plan every hour, and for coordinating resources to ensure the achievement of production plan;
- Responsible for implementing workshop cost management, controlling the labor cost efficiency of the workshop line body, and ensuring that the indicators meet the company's requirements; Personnel section: responsible for the management of line personnel, the guidance and training of new employees, the ability training of line personnel and ensuring that the number of multi-skilled workers in the line is not less than 60%;
- Responsible for the daily use management and daily maintenance of workshop line equipment, tooling, molds, fixtures, inspection tools, turnover tools, material racks and workbenches, and make relevant records;
- Responsible for the control and management of line production materials and the cost of three products, the collection, analysis and collation of all kinds of production related information, the formation of reports, the formulation of workshop related management systems, the reduction of waste and the continuous reduction of costs.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Proficient in the use of office software, understand the four major automotive production processes;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, strong execution.
- Understand the basic knowledge of lean production, and skillfully use lean production tools such as production line balance, TPM, production management Kanban, 5S, JIT, TQM;
- Understand the production plan arrangement, production equipment management and production quality control;
- Understand IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO18001 and other system requirements and VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 clauses.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in automobile frame, air conditioning and brake production management is preferred.
- Proficient in English, Hungarian. Chinese is preferred. Working experience in English and Hungarian as working languages can be relaxed to other requirements.
