We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable
Project Engineer.
Purpose of the position:
Operation and effective coordination of the MOL Group’s Maintenance Services Management Cross Country Maintenance programs and direct coordination of related individual maintenance projects from planning to execution. Contribute to the preparation and realization of resource optimization and development on group level (in-house and external resources including professional workforce, knowledge, materials, machines). Development of external projects sales.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective coordination of the cross-country resource management framework to make the resources (in-house & external; professional workforce, knowledge, materials, machines) of the SSCs available group-wide.
- Looking for new business opportunities to ensure continuous development of the SSCs and to optimize the utilization of the available internal resources. Prepare medium- and long-term resource plans together with the management of the SSCs.
- Provide regular support to scout for external projects.
- Contribute to the CAPEX planning of the SSCs to build the proper asset portfolio supporting the strategy. Ensure and support the delivery of project on time.
- Asses financial projections and business plans of the SSCs. Prepare annual business plan and other reports relating to business development opportunities.
- Make recommendations to management regarding necessary changes to SSCs´ processes that can affect the effectiveness of the delivered services. Coordinate and support implementation of effective solutions relating to business process issues.
- Responsible for monitoring and benchmarking of the performance of the SSCs. Initiate process improvement actions.
- Participation in special group projects launched by MOL Group for the realisation of Group Maintenance Services Management strategy. Responsibility for individual management of separate task within the projects.
- Make prompt report to management regarding quality and efficiency of SSCs´ products and services.
- Perform all other delegated and professional tasks related to Group Industrial Services operation.
Education, skills, experience:
- University/college degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience on the field of maintenance (managerial experience is advantage).
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- Driving licence.
