**HR Mobility Specialist

Your daily tasks

In this role, you will be a member of the Compensation & Benefits team within HR and is required to have a global mobility background. You will be working closely with HRBP's, Recruitment, HR Admin, Legal, Payroll, Tax to operate an efficient mobility system.

Working in accordance with an existing mobility policy
Managing a variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration, expatriates until signing the contract
Advise and guide managers, recruiters, HRBP's in mobility issues
Communication with our mobility vendors
Coordinating projects with external vendors and internal teams
Participating in Compensation & Benefits projects, tasks

What brings you aboard

Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies
Completed University/College studies
Good written and spoken English (Hungarian is an advantage)
Confidential usage of MS Office
Ability to improve processes and to identify potential problems and issues easily
Advantage: knowledge of Employee Central and SuccessFactors
